At HeyGift, all our products are specially customized and made personally for each customer with their photos, names, and messages. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
No Return & No Refund Policy
All customized products sold on HeyGift are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We request customers to carefully review all customization details, including photos, names, spellings, messages, and delivery information before placing an order.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective item,
- or the wrong order,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- your Order ID,
- clear photos/videos of the product,
- and packaging images.
After verification, we will do our best to provide a replacement or suitable solution.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after customization work has started.
Customization Responsibility
Customers are responsible for sending:
- clear photos,
- correct spellings,
- and accurate customization details.
HeyGift will not be responsible for errors shared by the customer during customization submission.
Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or festival rush. Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.
